MacBook repair in Long Island City
MacBooks are what most of our bench time goes on, from 2012 Retina models to the latest Apple silicon. Common screens and batteries are kept in stock, so the most frequent repairs are usually done the day you walk in.

Questions
Which MacBooks do you repair?
MacBook Air and MacBook Pro from the 2012 models onwards, both Intel and Apple silicon (M1 to M5), plus the 12-inch MacBook. If yours is older, call and ask — sometimes parts are still available.
Should I go to the Apple Store instead?
If your Mac is under warranty or AppleCare+, check Apple first: the repair may be covered or cheaper there. If it is out of coverage, or you need it back the same day, an independent shop is usually the faster route. Our guide compares the two honestly.
Do I have to hand over my password?
Ask at the counter what your repair needs. Many hardware repairs can be done and tested without your login; when something has to be checked inside macOS, a temporary standard user account lets you keep your own account private. Our drop-off guide explains how to set one up.
Is it worth repairing an older MacBook?
Often, especially for a battery or screen on an Apple silicon Mac. Intel MacBooks are a closer call because macOS Tahoe is the last version Apple says will support them. We will tell you honestly if a repair costs more than the machine is worth.
