Short version: this website has no forms and no accounts. We only collect anonymous usage data to understand which pages help people.
What this website collects
The site does not ask for your name, email or phone number, and it has no login. To understand how the site is used — which pages are read and which buttons are pressed — we use:
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps aggregate traffic statistics without cookies.
- Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised interactions such as clicks and scrolling so we can improve the pages. Clarity masks text you type. See Microsoft’s privacy statement for how it handles data.
The map on our Visit page is provided by Google Maps and is subject to Google’s privacy policy.
When you call or visit
If you call us or bring in a device, we keep the details needed to carry out and stand behind the repair — such as your name, contact number and the device — on your repair ticket. We do not sell or share them for marketing.
